APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I do appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, which enables me to allocate the time to another client.

In-clinic cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of $50 to cover clinic charges.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, and I am unable to proceed with the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48-hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
